COMPANY SHIPPING POLICY

 

  1. Shipment Processing time

 

  • All orders are processed within 1 business days. Orders purchased after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • The Company is not responsible for the current legal status of the products within the recipient’s country of residence. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products and/or services ordered via The Company adhere to the laws and jurisdiction of the intended recipient’s country of residence.

 

 

 

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

  • Some high value orders will be sent via ‘Tracked’ and/or ‘Signed for’ delivery. In this case you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

  • DAMAGES

 

  • The Company will provide a refund or exchange up to the value of goods purchased for any product that arrives damaged, once processed by our returns policy.

 

  • By using the Website, you agree and consent that any loss and/or damages or injury arising out of or in connection to, without limitation to the negligence, fault, mistake, misrepresentation or fraud are not the responsibility of the Company and you hereby agree that you will only claim against and seek relief against any third party and the Company will be free of any liability/responsibility whatsoever.
